Minnie Mouse Party DIY (loot bags)

Hello,
I just wanna share with you all some of the DIY projects that i made for my daughter's birthday party. I did a lot of DIY projects for this party and because of it i save a lot of money but still make her party extra special.

FIRST
I made her loot bag to match the theme of the party , using black paper bags that i purchased from michaels ( I used coupon ofcourse). :-)

The first picture was before i added the thank you notes that i created using my computer. I was going back and forth deciding if i should put the TY note on the back or the front of the loot bags or just hang it somehow, then i ended up adhering it on the front with the help og the birthday girl :-)

SECOND
Minnie mouse bracelets for the girls.
I saw a minnie mouse bracelets at walmart but its kind of expensive so i decided to make my own. I bought a bracelet at dollarama for a dollar and there's 3 different colors in a set, so all i needed to do is the minnie mouse charm for it.

I used 2 different size plastic beads to make the charms. I glue it using super glue, when you glue the small piece (ears) to the big piece i will suggest that you use a small piece of paper in between the two beads (it will make it adhere more). And ofcourse i had to make the packaging :-)

THIRD

Bubbles!!! Again i have to save somehow so i purchased a sets of wedding bubbles from the dollarama then i just decorated it to match the theme of the party.

Minnie Mouse Birthday Invitation

Hello everyone,

We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday last month (APRIL).
And we had a "Minnie Mouse" Birthday party for her. I made a lots of DIY projects for her birthday party which i will be sharing with you aswell. But for now let me share the invitation that i created for her. :-)

I used my cricut machine and Mickey and friends cricut cartridge to make this invitation. Also i type the information on my computer and then printed it on my printer. I love the color combination that i used (black, pink and grey). at the back of the invitation i stamped the minnie and mickey image (EK Success stamp)i also used a stamp (youre invited) by recollection that i got from michaels a while back.
I could'nt find a pink with white polka dots paper for the Minnie's bow  so i decided to just used a regular pink cardstock then i used the round pencil eraser to stamp the dots and it works out great. So i decided to used this technique to all the DIY projects for her party (where i need the pink w/ white polka dots pp).

Thank you for checking my blog!!!

Baby Cards (Boy and Girl)

Hello everyone,
I`am so happy that i finally got a chance to play with my baby step cricut cartridge. I`ve been wanting it since i first saw it and i was able to purchased it a few months ago (it was on sale). And sorry for a late post (i had a video of it on YT which i posted in march).

Here is the baby boy version of it! I love how easy this was to make, but still turned out so cute :-)

And the baby girl version of the card. I love that i didnt need to use a flower just to make it girly, but still turned out to be so cute and girly .

Easter Eggs~travaganza

Hey all,
I just wanna share with you all the mini album that i made for my daughter for easter. I made an egg shape album for her, w/c she brought for show and tell at school.

Here is the front cover of the album :-)

I used a lot of sticker that i got from dollarama+ on the entire album. Using stickers is one easy way to embellish and add details on the album.

And here is the back and front cover of the album.
My daughter really like it, thank you so much for looking.

Hugs,
Antoinette :-)

True Love (12x12 LO)

Hey everyone,
I have another project to share with you all. This time i made a 12x12 layout.
And this is also my entry to "scrappinnwrappin" valentines day challenge.
The picture was actually taken on new years but i decided to used it for this layout because it is also the picture that i'am using for my valentines day photo card that i will be giving away to my  family and friends.

I put my layout inside the black frame and it is hanging in my living room as a decor.

I used different stamps through out the layout (i love using my stamps as an accent/embellishment). I also made a pocket so i can do my journaling without showing it. (Best way to do when you plan to diplay it.) The paper that i used is by DCWD Be Mine collection, i got the paper a long time ago (probably about 2 years ago). I hope you all like it!  :-)

NewYear~Winter 2013 Miini Album

Hello friends,
Finally i was able to finished my "New Year ~ Winter" scrapbook mini album. All i have to do is get my pictures taken from new years printed. And walla... my first album for 2013 is done.
Here are some of the pictures of my finished album, hope you all like it!!!

The front cover of my mini album. I was going to tittle it "New Year 2013" but i changed my mind because I'am planning to make an album each year (new year) and  i dont wanna see it all tittle "NEW YEAR~ yr xxxx". Hahaha ;-)
I used a lace ribbon/trim to hold it close.

And as you can see all the pages are pocket page (which i like to do with my albums), that hold tags/photo mat for more space to add pictures or journaling. All the tags are plain, i plan to maybe add stamps and or stickers on it after i added my pictures.
I used a regular small white envelope to make my pages.

View from the side and the back cover.
I hope you all like it!!!

Thank you so much for looking!!!
